Our tableware is indeed dishwasher safe! However, it's important to check each item’s productpage individually for information as this may vary. For the longest lifespan, we always recommend washing all your tableware by hand.
If your order is placed before 7:00 PM, it will be packed and shipped the same day. For exact shipping times by region, please refer to our shipping page. Note: Delivery times may occasionally vary due to complications at distribution centers, which are sometimes beyond our control. For any questions regarding your package, you can always contact us at customerservice@bao-mao.com.
What started as a collaborative effort for our founders' cookbook (Noodles 101) to create unique, user-friendly, and stunning chopsticks has expanded to every product on and around the dining table. With a passion for food and dining, BaoMao aims to elevate the entire dining experience and create memories that will last forever.
At BaoMao, we believe that beautiful design should never come at the planet’s expense.
Here’s how we try to make a difference, one table at a time:
- Zero food waste: Whether we’re shooting a full campaign or creating content for socials, we’re committed to not wasting any food or beverages in the process.
- Giving back: We donate 10% of all revenue to good causes, previously to cancer research and humanitarian aid. For every collection, we aim to support new initiatives. Have a recommendation? Reach out anytime at hello@bao-mao.com.
- Sustainable production: We produce as consciously as possible: minimizing plastic, shipping via sea instead of air, and partnering only with suppliers who share our sustainability values.
- Low-impact travel: Our team prioritizes train and public transport over cars whenever possible, and prefers trains over planes to keep our personal emissions as low as possible.
