What if my order arrives damaged?
Every glass is individually packed in our custom breakage-proof packaging, supported by EPE foam molded around the exact silhouette of the glass. In the small percentile your order does arrive damaged or defective — our damage rate is 0.025%, an industry record low — we replace it immediately: no questions, no hassle. A 100% safe arrival guarantee on all our (crystal) glassware.
Is your tableware dishwasher safe?
Our tableware is indeed dishwasher safe! However, it's important to check each item's product page individually as this may vary. For the longest lifespan, we always recommend washing all your tableware by hand.
